  1. Iguazu Falls
    1. I think that this is an environmental river/ waterfall because the scenery has a lot of trees and lots of tropical plants. This is a place where tourists can come and observe and take photos of this amazing view.
    2. It is located in Brazil, Iguazu Falls.
    3. I think that this might change in 100 years because; there are some places in Brazil, near this area, that are polluted. If this continues, this waterfall/ river will become disgusting and it will be very muggy and brown.
    4. I think that the Brazil government could put more money towards their environment, instead of putting buildings that they don’t even use. If they don’t contribute to this, they’ll lose tourists and even more money.

    Rio de Janerio
    1. From looking at this photograph, the view that people and tourists get is stunning. They can see the water shining crystal clear and the beautiful view of the city. It also looks environmentally friendly with lots of trees and plants.
    2. It is located in Brazil, Rio de Janerio.
    3. In 100 years, I think the statue of Jesus Christ will start to get moss on it and they will lose the “star attraction” of it. I think the city will get even more polluted and that the water will start to rise on the land.

  2. Image 1:
    1. In this picture I can see the gorgeous trees/greenery around the crystal clear water. I can also see the rocks surrounding the water. The scenery is so appealing to many people.

    2. The location is Brazil and the river is called Iguazu falls.

    3. I think it will look pretty disgusting in 100 years. The reason for my answer is because the world is getting very polluted.

    Image 2:
    1. I see beautiful trees surrounding the Christ of Redeemer. I also see the streets and possibly the markets behind the statue and the trees.

    2. The Christ of Redeemer is located in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro.

    3. I think it will look a bit more modern in 100 years. The reason for this is because it is a very popular so Brazil will probably take care of it.

  4. IMAGE 1:
    1. I see water rapidly falling into a large space, rippling with no people in sight. Foamy water sizzles on top of the water, and I wonder whether there are animals there. Green plants surround the area, like barriers.
    2. Iguazu falls, Brazil.
    3. It might change because of pollution and land erosion. Brazil has hit a major crisis with its people, and pollution is one of the ‘world changers’ across the globe. Like the twelve apostles, rocks might erode and fall into the water. We can help preserve it by putting barriers around the landmark so that people’s rubbish doesn’t get caught up by this magnificent work.
    IMAGE 2:
    1. ‘Christ the redeemer’ is looking over some of Rio de Janeiro’s islands, he could be smelling the cultural food and enjoying a marvelous view.
    2. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
    3. Things that could happen over time are smoke from factories and that islands might not be there in 100 years because of erosion… Someone smart in the world could save the earth by building a giant IN-POLLUTER!

  5. I see a beautiful waterfall that looks very nice. I think this would be one of Brazil’s most popular tourist attraction because of it beautiful landscape. It is also in a convenient spot.

This is the Iguazu Falls, located in Brazil
The Iguazu falls will change a lot over the next 100 years. I think pollution will hit the falls hard. Due to Brazil’s gaining population I think if Brazil’s government should change the way of transport from petrol to electric cars. This will then prevent pollution or at least a bit. I think it will become polluted but then the government will realize what they are doing and will change the way transport works. This will help the waterfall a lot. Also because it is a world heritage site it would get a lot of help if it did become polluted

I see a great Photograph of the Christ statue and of Rio de Janeiro. It is a wonderful image and shows all different parts of the city. I think this is a perfect postcard picture because of what the picture is presenting.
Sugar Loaf Mountain, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
I think it would look the exact same. The backdrop will probably look different because it is 100 years in the future but I think the statue will look the same. As for the mountain I think it may look polluted but as like the Iguazu falls. Change the way Transport is made.

  6. Picture 1:
    1. it’s very beautiful and has a lot of plants. You can tell that the falls are naturally made. You can see the water barricading against the rocks and the sky matching the same color of the water.
    2. Iguazu Falls, Brazil, South America.
    3. I think in a hundred years the Iguazu falls will have a lot of people living around the area. It will most probably have a lot of pollution around.
    4. I think the Brazilian government can preserve the falls by limiting the amount of polluting transport around the area and putting a barrier around the falls so no-one can litter.

    Picture 2:
    1. I personally find Rio, amazing, populated and ravishing. The crystal blue water complements the ginormous Jesus Christ statue. The shiny grey buildings make the plants look a lot greener.
    2. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, South America.
    3. I think the city will become more populated and polluted. But I guess we can’t really do anything about it.

  7. Image One:
    1. What I can see in the image is a beautiful flowing waterfall with crystal clear water surrounded by bright green plants and black large rock covered in brown and green moss. In the sky I can see not many clouds.
    2. This beautiful waterfall is called The Iguazu Fall
    3. I think that in time it will change because of not only the population but also because of factors and people dumping waste into the falls to create pollution the way we can stop it from happening is we stop polluting the falls.
    Image Two:
    1. What I can see in the image is a large Jesus statue overlooking the city. There are many different coloured houses in the city.
    2. This is in rio de janeiro,Brazil
    3. I think there will be more buildings in the city and the statue with slowly slowly fall. The way we can stop this from happening is to restore it when I starts to fall.

  8. What features (natural and human) are visible in the photograph of this place?
The features visible in this place that are natural are mostly everything because it so unharmed by greediness, there are no human traces around it. The way that you can really tell what you’re looking at is because the whole scene is really calm, peaceful and in order.
    Where is it?
It is a waterfall in Brazil, named Iguacu Falls.
How might it change over time and why?
Overtime the scene would be less natural and nasty humans would have covered it in filth. The water would be polluted and muddy; there would be less plants and animals.
What features (natural and human) are visible in the photograph of this place?
There is a mix of both artificial and natural characteristics. There are green patches and sea water, which looks natural. But there are still pollution and artificial scenes.
    Where is it?
It is in Brazil, to be specific in Rio de Janeiro.
How might it change over time and why?
Over time it will be even more artificial, the air would be polluted with less green patches and less sea water.

  9. Image 1:
    1. There is a water fall with crystal clear water bouncing of the uneven rock.it surrounded with evergreen trees. The water is falling into a stream barricaded by rigid rocks covered with a slimy green moss. The water is cold unlike the polluted air. I hear the beautiful sound of the water falling, but also the whistling clean wind blowing through.
    2. It is called the Iguazu Falls in Brazil.
    3. Because the water is constantly falling, it will cause the bumps in the water fall to eradicate. May or may not get bigger and the supply of water it has will drop.

    Image 2:
    1. I can see the bright green trees filling up the left over space on land. I see the Christ the Redeemer standing strong on top of the tall narrow mountain. The rocks and mountains are standing out along with the deep blue sea. The houses fill up most of the land with the tress separating them.
    2. This is a picture of Rio de Janeiro and Christ the Redeemer.
    3. Well, in 100 years, technology would have improved, so maybe they have made a pollution cleaning machine which means Brazil could have clean air once again.

  10. Image 1
1.I see a beautiful waterfall that looks very nice. I see the rocks smashing as hard as possible.
2.This is the Iguazu Falls, located in Brazil
    3. The Iguazu falls will change a lot over the next 100 years. I think pollution will hit the falls hard. Due to Brazil’s gaining population I think the water will be glooming and the air would be dirty.I think if Brazil’s government should change the way of transport from petrol to electric cars. This will then prevent pollution or at least a bit. I think it will become polluted but then the government will realize when it comes.

1.I see a great Photograph of the Christ statue and of Rio de Janeiro. It is a wonderful image and shows all different parts of the city. I think this is a perfect postcard picture because of what the picture is presenting and the background is so beautiful.
    2. Sugar Loaf Mountain, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
    3. I think it would look dark the trees grey and the air dark and polluted
4.I would help the poverty and use less cars and instead of walking or make electronic cars that helps the ouzer layer.

  11. Image 1:
What features are visible in this photograph of this place?
Some features that are visible in this photograph from my view are… big green bushy trees, a huge waterfall and some plants in front of the camera at the bottom.
What is the geographic location of this image?
I think the location of this picture is… Rio de jenaro in Brazil.
How might it change over the next 100 years and why?
In 100 years’ time I think that there would be less trees than there is right now because I think people will start cutting down trees or they are already doing it now.
If you were part of the government in Brazil, what would you do to preserve this location and why?
If a were the government I would only allow trees to be cut down if they are already dead because there is still wood and you can still use it.
